My name is Elsa Annalise Lick, I’m a character artist, painter and concept designer based out of Detroit, Michigan. Like many in my field, I've been involved in everything art since before I can remember, but I stand out in my attention to detail, historical research and realism, and my extreme attention to detail. I care deeply about storytelling and communication, whether it’s developing unique and culturally relevant costumes or image storytelling that a viewer can see themselves in, I like to "live" in each piece of mine. With this philosophy, I'll bring focus, creativity, and reality to every piece of work.

My works spans multiple genres, but my highlighted work lives in the realms of horror, history and fantasy. When designing characters, I look at their whole lived experience, influencing their designs from their environment, creating vivid and lifelike characters for an audience to relate to. This skill set has been a particular asset to those genres, which require extra attention to those details.
